Product Management and Scrum Consultation for IT Tool Replacement

  • Performed as Lead Scrum Master (Scrum of Scrum Master) to implement the go-live transition to production portion of a project to replace our old ITSM Tool with a new tool (ServiceNow)

  • Impacted over 100k employees in the company

  • Involved integration and collaboration with many business teams including Customer and User Experience, IT Operations, Business Management, Media and Communications, and various levels of executive-level management
