  • Performed as Lead Scrum Master (Scrum of Scrum Master) to implement the go-live transition to production portion of a project to replace old ITSM Tools with new tools (ServiceNow)

  • Impacted over 100k employees in the company

  • Involved integration and cross-functional collaboration with many business teams including Customer and User Experience, IT Operations, Business Management, Media and Communications, and various levels of executive-level management
